Corcoran, Joseph

As the Chief of Federal Spend & Procurement for ReefPoint Group, Joe Corcoran brings over 10 years of proven leadership in business strategy, policy, analytics, and business process re-engineering and training skills to the teams that he leads.  His focus area is business process re-engineering supported by data and analytics. His background in military operations and experience in future planning in the medical industry has enabled him to be successful in providing streamlined approaches to antiquated processes.  Away from time spent leading a variety of projects, Joe is an accomplished glassblower with beautiful work displayed at galleries nationwide, including our ReefPoint Group Headquarters.

Dorado, Alejandra

Alejandra Dorado serves as a Management Consultant for ReefPoint Group, using her skills in process improvement, quantitative and qualitative analysis to better assist federal clients. As a former Naval Officer, her strengths include team building, management and attention to detail. Alejandra has most recently been involved with the Improper Payments Project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. In her free time, Alejandra enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as adventuring in the great outdoors.

Hyland, Kyle

As the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at ReefPoint Group, Kyle brings both sales experience and full life cycle project consulting experience to our strategic initiatives. His past client assignments include business process improvement projects within Navy Medicine as well as serving as a Data Analyst supporting the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). Within the RPG team, Kyle lends experience to our Marketing and Business Development team where he leads Client Management and Sales initiatives. Kyle is an Annapolis native, where he continues to volunteer as a youth basketball coach and as an active member of multiple non-profit foundations, including Anne Arundel Medical Center’s Building Traditions Society.

Leitzinger, John

As a Data Analyst with ReefPoint Group, John Leitzinger joins crystal-clear insight with data-driven solutions. With four years of experience as an enlisted service member in the United States Navy, John is extremely comfortable “getting into the weeds” to achieve exemplary results. John enjoys spending time with his wife and kids in addition to playing drums and boxing.

McDonald, Tifiny

Tifiny serves as the Director of Finance and Administration for ReefPoint Group. She has more than 10 years of accounting experience, including seven years with a focus on Financial Management. Her areas of expertise include managing budgets, financial planning, and forecasting. Tifiny most enjoys the ground work involved in building and developing a business.

Muenzfeld, Peter

A skilled analyst with a history of bringing analytic focused solutions to a wide variety of federal and commercial organizations, Peter brings with him the ability and experience in using analytic methods to draw insights from large and complex data sets and in using these insights to improve organizational business processes. Specific areas of interest include optimization, risk analysis, and performance measurement. In his free time, Peter enjoys skiing and traveling with his wife.

Pradeep, Shana

Shana Pradeep is a Management Consultant with ReefPoint Group who draws from global experience in healthcare, manufacturing, and retail operations. She has successfully managed multimillion dollar businesses across the country and she brings a quality-driven mindset to every aspect of the revenue stream. As a lifelong supporter of music and the performing arts, Shana also volunteers at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.

Stucke, Amanda

As a Management Consultant with the ReefPoint Group, Amanda brings over 4 years of experience as an analyst, project manager, and consultant in the health and public health sectors. She has in-depth experience in academic and technical research, as well as the management, strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of health projects and programs in Greenland, Haiti, Bangladesh, Puerto Rico, and the United States. Amanda most enjoys project management and business process re-engineering projects that require creative and collaborative innovation and problem solving. Outside of her role at the ReefPoint Group, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Vance, George

As the Vice President of Contract Operations, George leverages over 30 years of senior-level leadership in international diplomacy, interagency cooperation, strategic analysis, budget and resource allocation, business operations, information systems design and sustainment. His past assignments include the U.S Embassy in Beijing, he Office of the Secretary of Homeland Security and bases throughout the U.S. Coast Guard. He is a broker of strategic thought in process optimization, operational alliances and global partnerships aimed at reducing risk, improving efficiency and enhancing economic vitality.
